Born into a Buddhist family, Sabeth learned from young age how to combine and connect eastern philosophy with western lifestyle. Aiming to get a better understanding of the mind and to analyse it from a scientific perspective she studied psychology and learned about how meditation and being conscious can influence the perception of so called reality. Therefore, the physiological body, psychologic knowledge and contemplative techniques complement each other in her yoga lessons. The flowing Asanas of the Vinyasa style cover the whole spectrum from energising over strengthening to mindfully relaxing, which leads to a balanced state of internal and external harmony.

Besides her yoga lessons Sabeth also works as a systemic coach and therapist, using this holistic approach.
