Those who danced last year under her magical large-scale installation called "tears of joy" could realise that marambolage loves to charm people. Her visionary, playful works target the inner child of everyone of us. Being curios, emphatic and vivid she creates her art which tries to inspire us to become more understanding and positive human beings, acting more lovingly towards our planet – by getting us to start smiling, nearly as a therapeutical treatment. She invites us to play on the streets, she evokes our joy of living with colourful house walls, promotes sustainability and asks us to dance in her dream worlds. Latterly, she even gives workshops. Most of the time you can meet her in her new studio, the "sorcery", in Sankt Pauli. Reflecting on her art she says: "Whoever lives his inner child will never forget what is really important in life."
