Eine Band, die sich nicht nur von der neuen progressiven Metalszene, sondern auch von dänischen Mythen und Volksliedern inspirieren lässt. Dabei überraschen Danefae mit einem modernen und eleganten Sound. Danefae ist der Sound von gut durchdachten Kompositionen und Texten, bei denen viel auf dem Spiel steht. Das technische Niveau ist hoch, aber die Band verliert nie den Sinn für Musikalität in den Liedern. Im Jahr 2025 veröffentlichte die Band ihr zweites Album „Trøst“, und mit dieser Veröffentlichung haben sie sich mit einem Sound beschäftigt, der viel mehr Ernsthaftigkeit hat als zuvor.

A band drawing inspiration from not only the new progressive metal scene, but also from the Danish myths and folk songs. With that said, Danefae will surprise you with a modern and elegant sound. Danefae is the sound of well thought of compositions and lyrics with a lot at stake. The technical level is high, but the band never loses the sense of musicality in the songs. In 2025 the band released their second album "Trøst" and with that release they have engaged with a sound that has a lot more gravity to it than previously.
